Fail close to a year!

Model # JP5036SJ2SS SERIAL # MM088075Q Works great until nothing turn on. Call for warranty send a technician for trouble shooting and then same guy came 3 times with different parts and no result. I have a Autist son that need a specify diet. My money is going overboard buying outside for him and us. (family of 4) We are being like this for about 6 weeks. This should be more faster service.

Nice cook top scratches easily.

Nice cook top. We replaced an old GE with a new one. The only issue is within the first week there is a scratch near the right burner. Our old one was 18 years old and zero issues.

We are extremely satisfied. This is the second GE cool top we've purchased. The previous one cracked starting at a corner, so we felt having the metal trim on the top and bottom would help stop that from occurring again. The new unit heats up much quicker, and not having nobs makes clean up super easy. The lock feature works awesome during cleaning as well.

I love the large burners, the elements heat up quickly. Stainless trim scratches easy, however we assumed that before the purchase and decided it was better than chipping the corner (which happened on a previous cooktop).
