It's a nice refrigerator and it does the job of keeping everything cold. I would have liked it to have adjustible shelves in the refrigerator side and sturdier plastic drawers and bins, but all in all it's a good fridge.

I bought this a month ago and have always owned Whirlpool appliances but this is my last purchase of a Whirlpool product. The installation was rushed and the installer was insulting. There was absolutely NO WAY to get a Whirlpool tech to come out and check out the refrigerator compressor without being charged $90 for a service fee. As a past Habitat CEO, I had always recommended Whirlpool because of the support of the company for affordable housing. After 9 plus telephone calls, I finally gave up. You need to improve your telecommunications, customer service, and re think your partnership with Home Depot which was equally at fault with my dissatisfaction with this purchase experience!

We bought this a few weeks ago. Had to have a standard size fridge to fit in the space available. Runs great, temperatures are perfect at the medium settings, love the smaller ice cubes. It does hum a little louder than our previous fridge, though it's not loud. We have had Whirlpool appliances for decades and have always been pleased.

We'd had this a couple of months and we love it. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it makes a little more noise than my other whirlpool frig. I was torn as to whether I should get the stainless versions but now I'm glad I did. The black is gorgeous and doesn't show finger prints although I don't have littles that are touching constantly.

Makes a lot of noice and ice cubes constantly get stuck then fall out minutes later after melting. I sometimes go in the kitchen to find a mini puddles on the floor if multiple ice cubes fall out.

I am certainly pleased with my new Whirlpool refrigerator, and I like the features that my 18-year old refrig didn't have. I'm very surprised that it's noisy, especially for open-concept houses. Although my experience is less than a month, I'm convinced it is using far less energy than its predecessor.

Great refrigerator! I am VERY happy with my decision. Love the space for food, lighting, and water/ice. Matches perfect with my other appliances. I will still give 5 stars although, I will give performance 4 stars because the water dispenser will still drip after using it. Other than that, I would not change my decision to purchase.

Refrigerator side does not get really cold enough unless temperature is turned all the way up. It also makes loud vibrating noises off and on. To the point you can hear it through the wall.

Loved Whirlpool products from previous years experience, however, I am somewhat dissappointed with the makeship of this particular item. Runs a bit loud and with a household with NO children and mature couple, it seems that you can hardly touch without leaving some sort of scratches. Cleaning with non abrasive cleaner as suggested did not jhelp.

I bought this to replace the one that went. I like the space on the doors, seems I have more room in the same amount of space. The shelves are easy to clean any spills and also have lots of room. If I could change one thing it would be the temperature of the chilled water for drinking. It doesn't feel cold enough, maybe they could add a way to adjust the temperature to make the water cooler.

We have had this about a month. I am happy with everything except the drawer seem really cheap. I wish they were made a little better and I with they would slide in and out easier. The noise of the refrigerator running is louder then our other one, but other then that it has been good.

I bought this product on 8/20/19. We are already having to return for a replacement. We waited 7 days, because store did not offer in stock, had it 3 weeks and now it is not cooling to set temps. We followed all instruction, let sit 48 hrs before plugging in, leveled it, changed temp up one notch and waited over 24hrs. for temp. change. No Luck. Getting to start over again, lost food and faith in company. Our previous whirlpool fridge was still working but doors were rusting, it was 25 years old. They don't make them like they used too.
